    The Series M Magnetic Surface Thermocouples are commonly used for temporary measurements of surface temperatures of ferrous materials. A powerful Alnico Magnet presses the spring-loaded sensor tip against the surface to be measured. The magnet has a holding force of 16 lbs and can withstand up to 1000°F (535°C) without any degradation.

    Sensor Type: J or K type thermocouple.
    Accuracy: ±4°F (±15°C).
    Temperature Range: 32 to 1000°F (0 to 535°C).
    Probe Material: Alnico Magnet and 304 SS sensing tip.
    Extension Material: Fiberglass.
